Order Processing

All orders are lovingly prepared by our team within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We handle each plant with care before it begins its journey to you.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer two main shipping options to balance speed, cost, and care:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Ideal for plant parents who want a trackable, reliable service.
  • Free Shipping (on orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
    • A great, cost-effective option for larger orders.

📦 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your new Easy Care Houseplants, stunning Tropical Houseplants, or any other green companion. If something isn’t perfect, here’s how we can help.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please ensure the plant is still in its original 4″ Pot or 6″ Pot.

💚 For Live Plants: Because our plants are living beings, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there’s any sign of damage or health issues. This allows us to provide the fastest and best solution for your plant.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact Our Support Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
  2. Provide Details & Photos: Tell us the reason for your request. For damaged plants, please attach 2-3 clear photos showing the issue.
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how/where to send the item.
  4. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item, ideally in its original packaging. Include the RMA number inside the package and ship it to the address we provide.
  5. Wait for Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll email you about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Refunds & Credits

Once your return is approved:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Method: The refund is issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your bank/provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear in your account.
  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).
  • Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you via our standard carriers.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our plants and customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Rare Houseplants: Due to their limited availability and specific care needs, all plants in our “Rare Houseplants” collection are final sale.
  • Opened or Used Garden Supplies: This includes any opened bags of soil, fertilizer, or used gardening tools from our “Garden Supplies” section.
  • Personalized or Custom Items: Any item specially ordered or personalized for you.
  • Digital Products: Such as care guides or downloadable content.

Exception: If you receive a damaged or incorrect non-returnable item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue.

🌵 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Succulents and Cacti, Air Plants, Hoya, or any other plant arrives damaged or isn’t the variety you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll likely ask for photos and may offer a partial refund, replacement, or store credit—we promise to work with you to find the best solution!
