However, we understand that sometimes a plant might not arrive in perfect condition or may not be the right fit for your space. That’s why we’ve created a transparent and plant-loving returns process.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Please ensure the plant is still in its 4″ Pot or 6″ Pot if applicable.
🌱 Note on Live Plants: As our plants are living things, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there’s any damage or health issue so we can provide the best solution.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Contact Our Support Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
- Provide Details & Photos: Let us know the reason for the return/exchange. For damaged or unhealthy plants, please attach 2-3 clear photos showing the issue.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send the item.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item using the original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number inside the package. Ship to the address provided in our instructions.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Refunds & Credits
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee (e.g., $12.95 for Standard Shipping) is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
- Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you via our standard methods (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of our plants and customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Rare Houseplants: Due to their limited availability and specific care requirements, all plants in our Rare Houseplants collection are final sale.
- Opened or Used Garden Supplies: Any opened bags of soil, fertilizer, or used gardening tools.
- Personalized or Custom Items: Any item that has been specially ordered or personalized.
- Digital Products: Care guides, downloadable content, or digital vouchers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Succulents and Cacti, Air Plants, or any other plant arrives damaged or is the incorrect variety, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll likely ask for photos and may offer a partial refund, replacement, or store credit—we’ll work with you to find the best solution!
