You can shop by Light Requirements, Plant Benefits, or Plant Size (4″ or 6″ pots).
Are your plants suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our Easy Care Houseplants and many Low Light Houseplants are selected for their resilience and simple care routines. Each plant comes with a detailed care card to guide you.
Do you offer rare or unique plants?
Yes! For the seasoned collector, our Rare Houseplants section features unique and sought-after varieties. These are shipped with extra care via our Express Green Delivery to ensure they arrive in peak condition.

Where do you ship?
Based in Charlotte, NC, we ship our plants worldwide! 🌎 We currently reach most global destinations, excluding a few remote regions in Asia and other specified areas. You’ll see if we ship to your location at checkout.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two tailored options:
- Express Green Delivery (Fast & Tracked): Via DHL/FedEx. A flat rate of $12.95. Ideal for Tropical Houseplants or Bright Light lovers. Transit: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free & Easy Shipping: Via EMS. FREE on all orders over $50. Perfect for stocking up on Garden Supplies or multiple plants. Transit: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
We never rush perfection! Each plant is carefully selected and packaged. Order processing takes 1-2 business days before dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your green companion is on its way.
How are the plants packaged for shipping?
We use specially designed, eco-conscious boxes that protect stems and roots. Our packaging is scientifically crafted to maintain humidity and buffer temperature shifts, ensuring your Succulents, Hoya, or Low Light Houseplants travel safely from our nursery to your home.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

What is your guarantee policy?
We stand by every plant we send. Our 15-Day Happiness Guarantee covers you if your plant arrives damaged or isn’t thriving within 15 days of delivery. Please contact our support team with photos, and we’ll make it right.
How do I return a plant?
Due to the living nature of our products, we do not accept standard returns. Instead, our 15-Day Happiness Guarantee ensures we resolve any issues with plant health or arrival condition. Reach out to us at [email protected], and our plant care specialists will guide you.
What should I do when my plant arrives?
Welcome it home! 🏡 Unpack immediately, give it a light water if the soil is dry, and place it in its recommended light conditions (as per the included care card). Allow it a few days to acclimate to its new environment.
